  • Didn´t the americans once have this "Brew-in-a-bag" thing?

Where you could buy a big plastic-bag filled with beer for parties. Could be easily thrown away afterwards in the fields, bushes or whatever!

Crime against nature if ya ask me!
There is no weakness, but to cringe and despair because one thinks oneself weak.

      • No, but for a while Miller Lite or something was sold in these plastic "party balls". Still, for the most part, the best beers aren't bottled.

              • Beer in a bag

Off topic, but we're the MURC ...

many micro-breweries will sell you a bag of beer (bladder) which you can bring back for refills at a reduced rate. California, Washington, and Oregon have some quite excellent micro-breweries. Spend some time at these breweries Maggi before you spout such ancient prejudice. My tastes go along the lines of stouts, pale ales, IPAs and an occasional weiss.

I don't think anyone here is qualified to say. Nobody has had good beers from both sides.

                    • Are we going to start a Beer-War

                      Belgian beers are the best

Michael Jackson, whose death in 2007 is still mourned today, was the best known beer writer the world has known. This site remains not simply as a tribute to his work, but as an archive we hope will serve each new generation of beer drinkers. Thus we let him introduce himself just as he first did

                      • To each his own

Sorry ... I can't stand Belgium beers. I tried many beers while traveling through Europe (and Australia and ...). The Brits still make my favorite styles of beer ... Oh yes, I forgot I really like Bitters also. Luckily, a lot of different beers are made in this world because there's a lot of different tastes among us beer drinkers. The important thing is to keep tasting ...
