Doesn't it have something to do with these cards being put together with Nuclear Fusion? Could be wrong though I guess. Me thinks the hope is the ability to deal with unreal heat. Again, I could be wrong here.

There were rumours a while ago, which stated the G800 could be used in a multi-chip setup, There even was a picture of it, descibing how two G800 could work together.
Face it, using more chips is a relative easy way to double the performance.
Since the G450 is pin-compatible, there might be a G450 which supports multi-proc as well.
Would be nice if they produce a card where costumers can plug-on the extra chip when needed (using sockets )
Or a bare board, without graphic procs, but with 2 sockets so you can choose which setup you want: 1 or 2 G450 or 1 or 2 G800
I just hope it's used more than bumpmapping. I killed expendable before I made it to the water, so the only time I saw it was in the tech demo. I would've seen it in Dungeon Keeper 2 if they'd got it working within 6 months of its release..
