Depends how you define the term. If, like so many seem to, you define a "racist" as someone who does not castrate himself and hand his jewels to foreign invaders as they steal his homeland, women, and future, yeah, I'm a racist.

And this very attitude of self-hatred is what seems to be behind people not wanting to procreate anymore, so you'd better stop trying to defame people for trying to live and cherish their own people and culture. This is what I would define as a little bit too nationalistic, the thing is that Norway needs the immigrants, we don't have a surpluss on the workforce like the Eu has, this is forcing the prices up, so we need immigrants to keep the inflation down. And for us, the most welcome was the Vietnamese that came in the 70's/80's Because they had least problem with integration. And Integration is the keyword in developing a stabile society. But our most troublesome immigrants came from Kosovo, and are Kosovoalbanian, the problem with them is that they now controll the mafia in norway, and is the main supplier of drugs in Norway, and main driving force behind org. crime, and also gen. crime in norway.
All the trouble they created, came as a suprice to the Norweagens, because the K.A. are also europeans, so the culture difference should be that big, but it was.

Why this happend, well lack of goverment controll, over integration. Allowing most of the immigrants to be located at one place. (Mainly Oslo.) And also taking in too many too fast.

Except for liking burgers too much, I'm blond, blue eyed and of German descent on my mother's side. I'm also of Austrian, Greek, Bulgarian and Romanian descent, though I pretty much consider myself human.

I must agree with KvH on some issues, though it calls for a more moderate approach. I also don't like what's happening with the Scandinavian, Dutch and Belgium. Generally economical, asylum seekers and illigal imigrants who "tarnish and abuse" the hospitality and estalished order. What rights does that Arab European League thinks they're theirs for the taking if most of them haven't ended there by the most legal ways ?
Canada might need imigrants with its small population, yet the US can have a brake and start filtering.

On the other side of the coin, I don't like it when the local population envies the Asian or Arab imigrants who opened a shop or started another business from nothing, busted their asses for a couple of years and prospered.
I don't know, I feel like the locals are affraid to start their own business these days, although they would get loans and help much easier. Or they're too complexed by the go to college find a corporate job, bust your ass all day, take shit from the bosses and hope you advance on the corporate ladder mentality.
Of course, you can't have every man and his business, there must be people who work for it, but there's no need to envy the guy that came in your country having nothing but his shirt, started his own and managed to prosper, if he's done it by legal ways.
There's also no need to generalize, to excuse radical views, when you find a guy that didn't do it legal.

My biggest issue with immigrants are those that don't even care to try to learn the swedish language.....

Sometimes they are a group of three or more and yet still don't have enough swedish language between them to comunicate

If they are going to live in a country they should learn the language!!!

It's do damn frustrating trying to comunicate with those.......

Yep I certainly agree that people should learn the language... but I for one know how diffucult some languages are. I've been here for 1 year now (in Hungary) and I still don't master the language, I've learnt more russian than hungarian. why haven't I learned the language. Well it's a bit complex, the first thing is that the language at work is English, and most of my colleagues are fluently english speaking. Secondly, the Hungarian language is VERY complex, ( I speak fluently german, french and English and some russian.)
and 3rd, I'm here for a short periode of time, so I don't prioritize the language that much.

So don't be to hard on the immigrants for not learning the language, More important is the 2nd generation, they should be speaking the language fluently.
