Villerk:
I believe in the G800 !
Samsung G800 (this model is often referred to as Samsung SGH-G800, or G800 for short)
Viewsonic G800 (it does seem to be surpassed by the G810...)

because it now seems that Matrox Next gen isn't based on G -series design, I would like to see it called something different too.
and yeah we have too many sequels already in graphic cards so Matrox be brave and give it a brand new name.
when was the G100 released? more than a five years ago?"Dippadai"

It also seems that big ol' M was a bit more aggressive in the old days, or what do you say of these:
I also enjoyed reading Matrox' Q&A doc about AGP. Among other things, it says:Does AGP offer multiple monitor support?
Yes, AGP supports multiple monitors. However, since there is only one AGP device per motherboard, the additional monitors will be driven by add-in PCI cards, which might impact overall performance.
ps. Here's the Matrox front page from November 1996. People must have loved loading that animated "Matrox" GIF with their 28 800 modemsLast edited by Tempest; 6 March 2002, 06:17.

I don't believe. I have decided to become the Matrox athiest. Matrox no longer exists. You are all fooling yourselves with your silly indoctinated ways! Join the ranks of nVidia and be free of nice graphics! Join nVidia and become one with fps!

Is this tiny little 1-D multiplayer Internet game "Wait and Guess®" not better than any silly 3-D fiddling around? You have fun for years and years and it costs almost nothing! You needn't buy a 500$ card for it, nor do you need to pay 50$ for any short-lived new games.
The game seems to be simple, but only at the first glance. Soon®, to be honest, Sooner®, or, to be very honest, Very Soon®, you will realize that this next gen game is produced for absolute HARDCORE gamers only!!

back to speculations :P
i`ve finally registered. it`s my first post ever so i can only hope this one will look nice enough:
OK, so Ant posted few times that SOME of us
should be ready to spend ca. $1000
sounds too much to me...
but how about dividing it in 4/6 or 3/7 proportion
i mean like
$300-400 for the Parhelia-based card (maybe SOON™ shall appear as the market name
instead of G-whatever_new )
and...
$700-600 for the third (i assume You already HAVE two) CRT/LCD
to ...fully exploit the potential of the new Tripple-Head designThey say, that "If there were no one to watch them drive by, how many people would buy a Mercedes?". Are We exceptional or Matrox is?
